kg997 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety is Our Priority
kg997 believes gaming should be for enjoyment — not stress or addiction. Set your playing limits and stay protected.
Why is Responsible Gambling Important?
kg997 is a trusted online casino and sports betting platform in Bangladesh. We want every member to enjoy entertainment safely and with awareness. Responsible gaming means not just trying to win, but staying mindful of your budget, time, and mental wellbeing.
Online gambling or betting is an adult entertainment activity. To join kg997, you must be at least 21 years old. We do not welcome minors on our platform under any circumstances. We follow a strict policy on age verification.
Using our responsible gaming tools, you can set your own deposit limits, time limits, and — if needed — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself (self-exclusion). If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, our 24/7 Bangla support team is always here for you.
Recognise the Warning Signs
- Feeling a repeated urge to keep playing in order to recover lost money
- Spending more money on gaming than your set budget
- Feeling uneasy or restless when not playing
- Hiding your gaming activity from family or friends
- Neglecting daily responsibilities, family, or work
- Taking loans or spending savings to gamble
Our Protection Tools
kg997 provides several practical tools to help you manage your gaming habits.
Deposit Limit
Set a limit on how much you can deposit per day, week, or month. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one takes a little time — all for your protection.
Session Time Limit
Use a session time limit to control how long you play in one go. Once the set time is up, a prompt to take a break will be shown.
Self-Exclusion
Exclude yourself from your account for a set period or permanently. Contact the support team to activate it — the decision takes effect right away.
Cooling-Off Period
Take a temporary break lasting from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During this time, no betting or deposits will be possible on your account.
Gaming History Review
View the complete history of your deposits, withdrawals, and bets from your account at any time. Track your spending and make informed decisions.
24/7 Bengali Support
For any issue, our live chat support is available around the clock in Bangla. Never hesitate to ask for help.

Age Verification and Minor Protection
To register at kg997, you must be at least 21 years old. This is an important requirement for responsible online gaming in Bangladesh.
We confirm your age during registration and through subsequent verification processes. If any account raises a concern, we may request an identity document.
If a minor in your household uses devices, please install parental control software and keep your account details secure.
Keep in Mind
- Gambling is a form of entertainment — not a source of income
- Never place bets beyond what you can afford to lose
- Avoid playing when drinking or under mental stress
- Do not play for long stretches without a break — take rest
